Gennice Carter joined AcademyHealth in January 2000 and is the Senior Manager, Meeting Operations, and has more than 17 years experience in meeting planning. In this capacity she provides conference planning, development, and logistical support for AcademyHealth’s programs including the RWJF grant programs State Coverage Initiatives (SCI) and Changes in Health Care Financing and Organization (HCFO). Prior to joining AcademyHealth, Ms. Carter served as Deputy Director of Conference Operations at the American Association of Health Plans where she managed all meeting aspects for their association for 13 years, including managing their Annual Institute and Display Forum.
