Submission
Registration will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Registration may be closed anytime before the deadline date once all available space is filled. Once registration is closed, a waitlist will be kept. If we receive a registration cancellation, we’ll advise the next person on the waitlist that a space opened up so he/she can register. See cancellation policy below.

Confirmation
Registration confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the registration form. If you do not have an e-mail address, please provide a fax number and the notice will be faxed. If you have any questions after you receive your confirmation, call (202) 292-6700 or send your inquiry by e-mail to orientation@academyhealth.org.

Cancellations
Only written cancellations received by Friday, August 15 will receive refunds (less a $100 processing charge). No refund will be issued for cancellations received after August 15. Registration fees for cancelled registrants cannot be applied to future AcademyHealth meetings.

Processing Fee
All substitutions and adjustments will be assessed a $50 processing fee. Substitutions will be accepted only with written notification from the original registrant, accompanied by a completed registration form for the substitute participant. Substitution may occur only once per registrant. If a non-member substitutes for a member, the non-member fee applies.

Special Needs
Persons with disabilities or special needs should send a description of any services needed to orientation@academyhealth.org as soon as possible.
